CANAL PLAY is something new! A classic kiddie pool, but with many more possibilities.
CANAL PLAY is a ‘network’ of canals in which children can move and play with water. The canals have splits and intersections and connect with a ‘harbour’, a larger water area, and between the canals there are islands the children can climb onto or reach via a bridge.
In and around the canals, on the islands and in the harbour, there are all kinds of toys to discover.
Children can sail through the canals with a boat or other foam toy, and they can run, swim, climb and scramble through the canals and on the islands to reach and play with the many features.

There is a wide range of water-spraying features to choose from.

The CANAL PLAY design is created in consultation with the customer. With modular canal elements, the design can range from small to large, with many versions and shapes.

CANAL PLAY consists of the following standard elements with which a circuit can be built:

Example 01

964 X 458 cm

CANAL PLAY, model ZZ, is the most popular and best-selling model, measuring approximately 950 x 450 cm. We are therefore offering this model at a special, favorable price.

Example 02

700 X 408 cm

You may have limited space, and in that case, this smaller model measuring 700 x 400 cm might be a good option.

Example 03

1000 X 1000 cm

This model is a bit larger and features a whole labyrinth of canals to get lost in and explore.

Example 04

1350 X 800 cm

The project can be designed in a theme, for example with a pirate ship and pirates.

Installing

The CANAL PLAY is built on a flat floor — usually made of concrete, but a tiled or wooden floor is also possible. A water treatment system with a filter pump and automatic chlorine (CHL) and pH dosing is required. JOEF can also provide this, as well as a matching filter room.

You will receive a piping diagram in advance, showing the layout and dimensions of the required pipes. The pipes from the filter room come up through the floor, where JOEF connects them to the pool.

We are happy to come by to review the current situation, but if you send photos and a plan of the area with dimensions, we can also use that to create a beautiful 3D presentation of the possibilities.

The water depth of the canal and the harbour pool is 25 to 30 cm in the standard version.

In the harbour area, it is also possible to create a shallower area or a deeper area.

The water circulation works in the same manner as for a kiddie pool, and meets the requirements and norms for public swimming pools.

Creating an overflow gutter around the pool is no problem.

JOEF can also deliver a competitively priced filter installation and automatic chlorine and pH dosing.

CANAL PLAY can be placed on a level surface, whether that is grass or sand.

CANAL PLAY is inspected and certified by the TüV.

CANAL PLAY is designed according to the relevant European norms and meets the requirements for (water) toys and swimming pools.

The most important norms are EN 1069, EN 1176 and EN 13541.
